烟肉金菇卷

1.金菇切去尾部洗净,下锅炒软用盐和味精调味,不要炒过熟。

2,烟肉片切成合适的长度(如图的长度就一条分为两条),包入金菇(两头要突出烟肉片),收口置下摆入碟中.

3.用平底锅慢火把烟肉煎熟,少放油(烟肉煎时会出油),若用不粘锅可不放油,开始先将收口煎固定然后再翻面煎.
