糯米饭加入少许五香粉、盐和油,用手搓成柔软有弹性的糍粑团 (米饭太粘了,没办法用手,可以放在保鲜袋里搓揉)$|.\:Qhd-c g2J"BK4T

将糍粑团包裹在排骨外,塑成块状(很粘要注意哦,最好戴上一次性手套)
