物尽其用:鱼开四~

众所周知羊肉泡的碗大,但更大的还有咱老陕的饭量~~:)FW$\-Z1W [7Z4j
那羊肉泡的碗一般也就标配三个馍的口汤/水围城的量,就算是干刨勉勉强强能装下四个了不起了,就算这样也

要堆得冒了尖~~可是还有人一顿吃到五、六个馍甚者更多的(别说不相信,我初中的时候在同盛祥吃过五个馍的泡馍)~~

于是问题来了,一个碗根本装不下,怎么办?那就分开两碗装,这在泡馍馆子里就叫做“一开二”以至于现在,只要是上了四个馍,老一些的泡馍馆子里跑堂的伙计端馍的时候都会高声招呼:“汤宽,一开二~~~~”[/size][/color]b'E4ZY#?L

先看鱼中段:鱼肉在冰箱内放隔夜取出,剔骨待用

我记得有一种菜是用鱼鳞作的,不知道谁知道,我记得是叫什么鱼鳞冻的,加上去不知道是不是可以凑成5吃
