五花肉一斤、冰糖约一两(可依个人口味稍作增减)、老姜一块、花椒一匙、香葱一两、老抽两大匙、料酒四大匙、盐适量、甘蔗一段。

1、五花肉整理干净后放沸水锅中煮约十分钟,其间打去浮沫。sA

2、五花肉捞出稍晾;葱切成两段;老姜拍破;取甘蔗皮剖成窄条,编成格子状以代替篾笆(我是找不到可以用来垫锅底的东东,只好想出用甘蔗皮代替的办法)。,js0c@r
