1、袋装的酸豆角开封后,要用清水冲洗一下,用厨房纸吸干水再烹调,前者可冲去多余的酸味,后者避免烹调时成菜水分过多。p7G:p/dF8}
2、酸豆角喜油,先下锅用油炒一下,可使其酸而不涩,风味更佳。
