韩式辣炒年糕[9P]
·原 料: 年糕、甜不辣(如果沒有也我妨)、洋葱、紅萝卜、白菜、葱 、韩式辣椒醬、甜不辣。

·操 作: 洋葱、紅萝卜、白菜切絲,葱切寸段一般炒年糕不用油炒是用水煮而成的,把他改成先用少许油把洋葱、红萝卜爆香 7_f

洋葱、紅萝卜稍微爆香一下就好(別炒到熟唷)接著倒入適量的水,水量是一杯(年糕的量是一人份約20小條)

煮至水滚加上适量的韩式辣椒醬,我的韩式辣椒醬是帶甜味的。所以不需再加糖,如果用的是原味的韩式辣椒醬就要加糖唷:)因為辣炒年糕吃起來要甜甜辣辣的才好吃!
