2 将蟹切好,由于蟹冷冻过了,蟹壳我翘不起来,所以只能把蟹壳剁碎了,建议把蟹壳整个取下来装盘漂亮哦.$fuv/R{r9\nF,y

3 将年糕放水里过凉,这样年糕就不粘在一块.因为我买的年糕已经很软就不需要抄水了.若是硬年糕需要在热水中先焯软再放凉水中过凉 .
