4)欠汁:淀粉少许、水(或者汤)、酱油、醋、糖(个人觉得这步很重要,因为鱼香肉丝是有点酸的,所以这个要把握好)`A M!yj'D(^JL

5)下油,待油至5,6成熟,放入准备好的姜、蒜末,爆炒,再到入腌制好的肉,放入些许盐,炒至8、9分熟时放入切好的那些丝,再放@Bn$i _@
