1)将熟蛋黄用网/筛子过滤备用

2)将室温的无盐奶油和砂糖打发到变淡米色

3)把粉类过筛后加入(2)里,改用刮板边切边混合,再折叠般地混合没有粉状为止(Z%^Bf,O5s4^

4)把(3)轻压成面团后,用保鲜膜包住,放入冷藏库1-2小时#dh5l?*J#j9Du}

5)余热烤箱160度。取出面团分割成20个,每个约10克,然后整圆
