1、毛蛤蜊洗净(可用牙刷仔细刷掉毛蛤蜊身上的小绒毛上附着的泥污);

1、煮毛蛤蜊的水要宽,水太少,蛤蜊煮得时间太长,肉就会太老,影响口感;
