2.猪肉碎放在盆中备用,再加验证;f$r%ef;rlq~

3.用清水泡木耳,另一个碗中泡上海米,个人认为木耳用凉水泡就可以,海米最好用开水或温水泡,这需要一段时间 所以先泡上,等下用的时候可以直接取了,节省很多时间

6. 准备鸡蛋,鸡蛋打散,用个不粘锅放少许油炒一炒就可以了,别的啥都不用,下图位炒好的鸡蛋,剁碎备用即可/gKAE9{8[9u

7.肉中加入酱油,姜末,腌肉,有助于入味,时间不用很长,其实我觉得拌馅之前加也可以
