草鱼好像骨头比较多吧?我没怎么做,因为每次买回来都是好大条.

个人不喜欢用鱼的中段，因为这部位的肉纹较为粗。纯鱼腩就不错。不过我更喜欢用鱼尾清蒸。那肉更滑。就是骨刺稍多。

清蒸鱼就是不好做啊，搞不好就蒸烂了，又学习了

这种草鱼我们这边叫青鱼，也叫青混，用来做水煮鱼比较多些。

草鱼肉质本来就老，蒸的话会不会老？头次看到清蒸草鱼，有时间试试。。

草鱼肉质比较硬，吃起来的味道回味无穷，尤其是那鱼皮，真是好吃啊，想想就流口水了

好新鲜的清蒸草鱼，肉质显得很嫩啊~而且做法流程似乎并不是很复杂

这跟我们南方做的葱油文昌鱼鲈鱼是一样的～只是鱼换成了草鱼～不知这草鱼吃起来嘛味～好想尝尝～
