青蒜孜然羊肉

1、青蒜要先用刀拍扁了再切,这样好象味比较能出来。z P3m-\4d(b

2、下青蒜蒜白部分、干辣椒丝炒,趁锅旺烹料酒、淋酱油、孜然粉,再一点点白糖。6g3go`mj/m_3`
